Three Reasons Why You Would Love The Dark Knight

As everybody knows, Bruce Wayne is the batman. Bruce Wayne has been played by a lot of actors over the past few decades. With over more than half a dozen movies under the caped crusader's belt, one would probably want to think which one was the best movie of them all? Which batman movie really did some justice to the superhero genre and to one of the first superheroes ever to have been created by man?

One such movie among the bunch is The Dark Night. This is perhaps by far the best movie adaptation of the batman. Not everybody loves it though, so why should you love it?

1. There is an underlying story about morals and the constant battle of good versus evil.

We've seen it all the time – the epic battle between good and evil, light and dark, heaven and hell. Batman is portrayed as the unlikely hero of a corrupt Gotham City, the setting wherein the struggle for peace and justice is dire. And with the arrival of the nefarious Joker into the scene, Gotham has took a turn for the worse. With crime up on the rise, and with an inner battle affecting the batman, what would be the fate of Gotham City and it's citizens?

You might notice that in every batman movie, Bruce Wayne has never killed a criminal. The thought that he is incorruptible is easier thought of than done. And this is where we see the interesting struggle of Bruce Wayne to resist the taunts and dares of the joker. The Dark Knight is simply an epic movie that has all the right elements to make it an all-time favorite of the comic book enthusiast and the average person alike.

2. It's by far the coolest batman movie – ever.

Who would've thought that the latest batman movies would make him as realistic as possible? One might even think that such a suit and technology already exists in today's world. Everything that batman uses is already actually available right now. And the fact that the caped crusader doesn't really have any superpowers at all makes him so much cooler than he already is.

If you think about it, batman is the only founding superhero of the justice league of America to not have any superpowers at all. And yet he's still considered at par with the likes of Superman, the Green Lantern, Wonder woman, and the Flash. Not a very easy feat to be accomplished by a mere person with no capability of flight, super speed and super strength.

3. It's one of the highest grossing superhero genre movies of all time.

An epic superhero deserves an epic movie to his name. And the Dark Knight delivers just that to the batman franchise. It did him a lot of justice, and it was very entertaining and thought provoking as well. It's amazing how the movie makes you feel like there isn't any sign of hope for Gotham City all throughout the entire film. And if you haven't seen it yet, just wait till Batman makes the ultimate sacrifice in order to keep Gotham's streets as safe as possible.
